Ari M. Fleitman, PE, LEED™ AP As President and CEO of Advanced Technologies, Inc., Mr. Fleitman is responsible for the overall management of design and consulting services for the firm.  Responsibilities also include marketing and project development. Mr. Fleitman has over 20 years of MEP engineering experience, and has served as project principal on significant MEP, energy conservation, medical, technology, and data center projects.  He has been involved in numerous continuing education and energy conservation seminars as speaker or facilitator, and has served as Technical Vice President for the Houston Chapter of American Society of Plumbing Engineers (ASPE).  Previously held positions include President of Burr Computer Environments, Inc. in Houston. Mr. Fleitman received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, and is a graduate of The Management Program at Rice University’s Jones Business School.  Mr. Fleitman is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas, and is recognized by the United States Green Building Council as a LEED™ Accredited Professional.         Todd R. Stonebraker, PE, LEED™ AP Todd R. Stonebraker, PE has served as Vice President and Director of Engineering for Advanced Technologies, Inc. since 1997.  He is responsible for management and design oversight of all phases of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Duties include principal and project management, construction oversight, and project marketing. Mr. Stonebraker brings to the ATI design team a strong background in MEP design, and specializes in technology, industrial, commercial, and energy conservation projects.  Prior to joining ATI in 1995, Mr. Stonebraker was associated with Brack & Associates in Topeka, Kansas, and Flynt & Kallenberger in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. Mr. Stonebraker received his Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from Kansas State University in 1990, and is a Registered Professional Engineer in 14 states.  He is affiliated with the American Society of Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineers (ASHRAE), the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE), and is recognized as a LEED™ Accredited Professional by the United States Green Building Council.
