Caldwell Watson manages over 3M-sf of property in their portfolio, and specializes in high amenity resort communities through their growing residential development division.
ATI has provided energy-consulting services for multiple Caldwell Watson facilities, including energy audits, lighting and chiller bid packages, payback and ROI analyses, and commissioning services
Currently, ATI is pursuing the implementation of low-cost measures for several Caldwell Watson properties under CenterPoint Energy’s Retro-Commissioning Program, which targets system operation and maintenance opportunities for existing facilities. The program subsidizes the costs for evaluations of the energy-using systems in the facilities to identify opportunities to improve performance.
