The Apalachee Condominium project is a $75 million primary residence facility overlooking Turtle Bay outside the Mobile, Alabama area. Phase One includes a 48-unit, 16-story high rise residence tower featuring 10’ ceilings and floor-to-floor glass in the living areas, high-end plumbing fixtures and finishes, hardwood floors, and gas appliances. The tower is constructed over a raised parking structure accommodating 120 covered spaces, and includes a zero-edge pool and patio deck.
The design incorporates “smart home” technology, and includes remote temperature, lighting, and home theater control, as well as VOIP telecommunications packages. Emergency power convenience receptacles are provided in each unit in the event of an extended outage. Building features include centralized electronic metering, surge suppression systems, FAA lighting, and pre-wired lighting control systems.
