Weatherford International approached ATI-CM in 2005 about consolidating two industrial complexes as a result of merger with Precision Industries. Given an aggressive schedule, the design team of ATI-CM, ATI, and Turner Partners Architects worked together to design and build the company’s expanded office, storage mezzanine, exterior environmental reclamation and various interior industrial upgrades in a two-phased approach.
The new facility consists of a 1,600-sf of office and locker space, designed and built over a 5-week period. The balance of the work, completed over the following sixteen weeks, includes a new 1000-sf mezzanine, exterior environmental reclaim/wash-down unit with internal trenching, and interior jib cranes.
