Forum at Westchase

The Forum at Westchase is a 31,500-sf, two-story medical office building located in West Houston. The 1.75 acre development was programmed and designed by Heights Venture Architects, and includes a medical imaging research facility, ambulatory care, and specialty clinics and support office.
ATI provided full MEP design services for the base building, including electrical and air-conditioning equipment and provisions for future tenants, and base building fire alarm and sprinkler system design. The design intent was to provide the necessary MEP services to the base building, while at the same time making provisions for future occupancy.
ATI is currently designing a 20,000-sf medical office building in Plano, Texas that incorporates the same design features as the Forum at Westchase. Anticipated completion for the Forum at Coit Road is March of 2007.
