Memorial City Healthcare Campus is an 8-building complex comprising more than 900,000-sf of state-of-the-art medical space. The newest addition to the campus is Professional Building III, a 9-story, 225,000 sf office building and parking structure accommodating physicians’ offices, specialty clinics, and surgery centers.
ATI provided full MEP design services for twenty-four (24) individual suites in POB3, totaling over 80,000 sf of medical clinic, surgery, and office space. ATI worked closely with the architect and owner to enhance the building infrastructure by designing clean power tenant distribution systems, and new tenant exhaust, medical gas, and vacuum risers for the building.
In addition, ATI assisted in life safety upgrades including path-of-egress revisions and fire barrier modifications required to accommodate the new tenants.
