Brick Oven Pizza, owned and operated for over 20 years in the Austin, TX area, utilizes large, authentic brick ovens to prepare quality pizza and Italian foods. Built from cast pieces approximately 100 years old, the oven’s quality cooking ability is due to dense bricks that provide consistent temperatures of nearly 700 degrees.
The restaurant décor features an open wood structure with tongue and groove ceiling complimented with a stone façade. Low voltage, adjustable lighting systems are closely coordinated with the rustic wood structure. The air-conditioning systems consist of 38-tons of rooftop and split systems hidden from view with architectural mansard roof systems.
Heights Venture Architects provided architectural services, while ATI provided MEP and lighting design for one of four (4) Brick Oven sites, located in Shady Hollow Village in south Austin.
