Founded in 1981 as Au Bon Pain Company, Panera Bread is a leader in the bakery-café market, serving fresh, authentic artisan bread in more than 850 locations throughout the country. Each bakery-café has its own distinct personality, resulting in continual refinement of bakery and seating layout, décor, and lighting systems.
ATI has provided full MEP design services, including exterior site electrical and utility work, for nine (9) Panera Breads in Texas and Alabama. Working with Heights Venture Architects, ATI’s scope includes kitchen exhaust and make-up systems, lighting design services, grease waste design, and kitchen consulting.
Lighting systems include track lighting, wall washers, spots, and sconces with warm lamp sources that enhance the bakery products and promote intimacy with the customers.
