The ConocoPhillips RTOC (Real Time Operation Center) is a 900-sf collaboration center with an adjoining 24/7-operation facility and a 365-sf training facility. From this center, ConocoPhillips can monitor activity and collaborate on projects throughout the world with real-time data. The building systems were left exposed; including jacketed-ductwork, suspended track lighting, and cutting edge finishes throughout the project to promote space functionality.
Multiple furniture configurations allow for meetings, presentations, video conferencing, and classroom style training. The facility utilizes low profile, raised floor systems allowing power/communication connection anywhere within the space. Additionally, lighting controls provide dramatic lighting configurations for the space with a single push of the button.
